Role Overview

Serve as the bridge between the customer’s business teams and the engineering organization on a privacy-first programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) platform for a major MENA telecommunications operator. You will elicit, document, and validate requirements across the DOOH Control Plane and Monetization & Data Plane — spanning CMS integration, SSP auction logic, demand-side flows, billing reconciliation, and partner-facing reporting.

This is a hands-on BA role — you will run workshops, author BRDs and FRDs, map process flows, and support user acceptance testing through to release sign-off.


Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements elicitation: Run discovery workshops with the customer’s operations, sales, finance, and IT stakeholders; capture business needs across both platform planes.
  • Documentation: Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases that engineering can build from without ambiguity.
  • Process modeling: Produce as-is and to-be process maps in BPMN or swim-lane format for venue onboarding, deal management, approval workflows, billing reconciliation, and Proof of Play flows.
  • Integration analysis: Map data flows and field-level requirements for integrations with customer CMS, SSO/LDAP, BCRM, EDW, and external DSP partners (DV360, The Trade Desk, Hivestack, Criteo, MediaMath, Xandr).
  • Gap analysis: Compare current state versus target state across adjacent systems; surface configuration-versus-customization decisions for engineering.
  • Configuration design: Define rate card structures, deal type rules, RBAC matrices, inventory packaging logic, and slot governance policies for platform configuration.
  • UAT support: Design test scenarios with the customer, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage defect triage through sign-off.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Translate between business vocabulary and engineering language; clarify ambiguity in PRDs and architectural decisions through the delivery cycle.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years as a Business Analyst in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • AdTech depth: Hands-on with at least one of SSP, DSP, ad server, attribution, or DOOH/RMN platform. AdTech BA experience strongly preferred.
  • Documentation craft: Proven BRD, FRD, user story, and acceptance criteria authorship for systems shipped at enterprise scale.
  • Process modeling: BPMN, swim-lane process maps, and sequence diagrams.
  • Integration & data analysis: Hands-on field-level data mapping, API contract review, and integration specs.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable with OpenRTB, REST API specs, latency/throughput SLAs — able to challenge engineering trade-offs constructively.
  • UAT facilitation: Structured test scenario design and defect triage in enterprise B2B contexts.
