Responsibility
- Lead the development and design of the platform’s core functionalities using Django, DRF, and Python.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient databases using PostgreSQL.
- Implement frontend solutions using Vuetify, Vue 3, Javascript, SVG and CSS to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the data analytics team to integrate fast analytics servers and optimization algorithms.
- Ensure seamless data flow, task management , and analytics pipelines with Redis and Celery, and other job scheduling mechanisms.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Contribute to code and architectural reviews, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Django, DRF, Python, PostgreSQL, and frontend technologies such as Vuetify, Javascript, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Redis, Celery, analytics and data science pipelines, and optimization algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) is a bonus.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
