Role Overview
Own the product roadmap for a privacy-first programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) platform serving a major MENA telecommunications operator. You will translate market needs and customer strategy into product requirements across the SSP, demand integration, CMS abstraction, and proof-of-play layers.
This is a hands-on PM role, partner closely with engineering, design, and the customer’s commercial team to ship outcomes that drive measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap ownership: Define and maintain the multi-quarter product roadmap across the DOOH Control Plane and the Monetization & Data Plane; align with customer business objectives and the competitive landscape.
- Discovery & requirements: Lead discovery with the customer’s strategy, sales, and operations teams; convert insights into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Demand-side partnerships: Set DSP integration priorities across DV360, The Trade Desk, Hivestack, Criteo, MediaMath, and Xandr; shape technical and commercial terms with DSP partners alongside the customer.
- Supply-side product: Drive the SSP feature set,” auction logic, deal types (open auction / PMP / Programmatic Guaranteed), pricing controls, inventory packaging, and rate card management.
- Measurement & Proof of Play: Own the metrics layer, fill rate, win rate, decisioning latency, viewability, audit-grade Proof of Play; design dashboards and partner-facing reports.
- Privacy & compliance: Champion privacy-by-design; ensure features comply with PDPL/GDPR and zero-PII targeting approaches.
- Go-to-market: Define launch plans, pricing tiers, onboarding for new publishers (venues), and self-serve advertiser/agency capabilities.
- Stakeholder management: Brief executive sponsors at the customer and internally; run steering committees; manage prioritization trade-offs with engineering and design.
Required Experience
- 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years in AdTech, MarTech, or RTB-adjacent platforms.
- Two-sided platforms: Track record shipping auction-based marketplaces or platforms with supply + demand dynamics.
- AdTech depth: Hands-on with at least one of SSP, DSP, ad server, or attribution platform. pDOOH, RMN, or DOOH experience strongly preferred.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable with API specs, OpenRTB extensions, latency SLAs, and cryptographic verification concepts, able to challenge engineering trade-offs without being prescriptive.
- Commercial instincts: Pricing models, revenue forecasting, and partnership economics.
- Discovery & PRD authorship: Led structured product discovery and shipped PRDs in enterprise B2B SaaS or telco environments.
- Privacy literacy: PDPL, GDPR, zero-PII targeting, and venue/context-based audience design.
